PRINCIPAL’S PONDERING
We have several staff members who will be moving into different positions or new opportunities at the end of this school year. While transitions are a natural part of school life, we want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the teachers and staff members who have given so much to our students, families, and school community.
Education is a deeply rewarding profession, but it is also one that requires tireless dedication, patience, compassion, and heart. These educators made a commitment to our students and to the mission of our school, and their impact will continue to be felt long after they leave their current roles.
St. Paul the Apostle is a better school and a stronger community because of the time, talent, and love they have shared with us. We can never fully repay their efforts, but we can offer our deepest thanks and prayers as they begin this next chapter.
Congratulations to the Follow Educators:
Leslie Bassier
Erin Burns
Kathryn Golden
Valle Hodgini
Amy Lucas
Jennifer Voigts

100-Year Gala Success
We are thrilled to share that our 100-Year Gala was an incredible success! Thanks to the generosity and support of our school families, parish community, alumni, sponsors, donors, and friends of St. Paul the Apostle School, we raised $83,000.
This remarkable amount will directly support our Home and School and much, much, more. We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, sponsored, bid on auction items, or helped make this once-in-a-lifetime celebration possible.
What a beautiful way to honor 100 years of Catholic education at St. Paul the Apostle School and invest in the future of our school community. Thank you for your continued support!

Medications in the Office
If you have brought in any medications, inhalers, or Epi pens for your child, please plan to pick them up on the last day of school or the week of June 1. Any medications not picked up by Friday, June 5 will be discarded.

Lost and Found
Mrs. VanCamp has gone through all of the lost and found items and put them out on a table in the hallway. If you are missing any items, please stop by to look. Any items left on the last day of school will be donated.

Art Sketchbooks next year
The sketchbooks in Art were wonderful to use this year- Thank you for providing them. They will be coming home this week. Several students used very nice sketchbooks this year and they might be able to reuse them next year.
If your student’s sketchbook has more than 30 clean pages left, the front and back cover AND the spiral are intact and in good condition your student can probably reuse the book for the 26-27 school year. If you'd like to reuse the book next year, just carefully remove the used pages, and clearly mark the student's name and NEW homeroom to the front and bring it back next year.
Of course if your student/s would like to use the sketchbook for drawing over the summer and purchase a new one next year that's an option too. (If you get the school supply kit- sketchbooks are one year usage books.)
Thanks for your support! Mrs Brooke :)

Recess Volunteers Needed
We are looking for parent volunteers to help supervise recess! Having extra adults on the playground helps ensure our students stay safe, supported, and engaged during outdoor play.
Volunteering for recess is also a great way to fulfill your required volunteer hours while spending time with our school community.
To volunteer, CMG training is required for all school volunteers. If you are interested, I am happy to send you the information and steps needed to complete the training. Please email: jescie.pullinger@st-paul.pvt.k12.ia.us if interested. If you are set with the CMG trainings please use the links below to volunteer for a day that works for you.
Thank you for helping us keep our playground a safe and fun place for our children!
