Kindergarten Roundup Parent Meeting and Registration will be held on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024 in Denning Hall from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. Kindergarten Student Assessments will be held on Friday, May 3. 2024. Information will be sent out as this date draws closer.
Please call the school office at 563-322-2923 ext. 0 if you need to set up a tour with Dr. Delaney because you missed the meeting on Feb. 20, or if you want to meet with her for more information and a tour of the school.
We recommend all families with children in Kindergarten through 8th Grade apply for an Education Savings Account (ESA) at https://esasforiowa.org/. Please note there is only a small window each year to apply for an ESA - usually from mid - April through June 30.
An ESA will cover the majority of your child's tuition if you qualify (go to https://esasforiowa.org/ to see qualifications - you must be an Iowa resident). Please note, starting in the 2025-2026 school year, all students will be eligible BUT YOU MUST APPLY EACH YEAR TO GET IT.
St. Paul's does have other scholarships available if you don't qualify for the ESA (if you reside in Illinois for example). Please contact the school office for questions. 563-322-2923 ext. 0.
You may have your physician's office fax any immunization records/exemptions, dental records, vision screenings, and/or lead screenings to 563-322-2530. Please wait until June 1, 2024 to make this request to physicians, but please have all forms into the school office by August 1.
Note: Kindergarten students must provide proof of a vision exam. You do NOT need to visit an EYE doctor; a physical form with the vision section completed or the certificate of vision screening below completed by your physician will be accepted.
If your child attended preschool at St. Pauls, they should have had a vision screening from the Lion's Club in the spring prior to the start of Kindergarten. We keep a copy of all screenings in the office so you do NOT need to turn one in.
