RISING KNIGHTS WRESTLING CLUB

Looking for Girls and Boys to join for the 2024-2025 Season.

Or In Person - Tuesday 10/22 and Wednesday 10/23 from 5:00-6:30pm at the Assumption Wrestling Room in the SW corner of the upper level of the gym. 

$100 for 1^st Wrestler, $50 for each additional Wrestler in the family.  Fees include a free Club T-Shirt. 

Not sure if wrestling is for you?  Come to one, two, or even all 3 of our FREE Beginner Open Mats on 10/22, 10/24, and 10/29 from 5:30-6:30pm

What: 2024 Fall AHS Cheerleading Clinic

Who: Girls and Boys Grades PreK-8 (Fall ’24)

Where: Assumption High School Small Gym

When: Wednesday, September 18th, 2024

Time: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Performance: Friday, Sept. 20th at halftime of the Assumption Varsity Boys Football game vs. Wahlert. * Arrive by 7:00 pm at the football field entrance – performance at approx. 8 pm

Cost: $40 (Includes AHS Cheerleading T-shirt and Cheer Bow)

Deadline: Sept. 12th to guarantee T-shirt and bow (not guaranteed for late sign ups) Walk-ins welcome on Sept.18th

SAU SPIRIT PROGRAM

For grades K-8. Participants will spend the day with the SAU Spirit program. Each participant will be split by age. During the camp, they will rotate through stations where they will learn a cheer, jumps, and stunts. This will all be performed in the first half of our home football game. They will also learn a short routine to be performed at the halftime of the St. Ambrose University football game that same day!! This clinic is great for all levels of experience! All participants will receive an SAU Spirit t-shirt!

When: Saturday, September 21st

Clinic: 8-11a.m. (SAU Wellness & Recreation Center)

Performance: Cheer first half of the game and perform halftime of the 1p.m. Home Football Game (NEW STADIUM Jack and Pat Stadium)

Cost: $40 (includes T-shirt and entrance to football game for dancer and 1 adult)
