REENROLLMENT
Reenrollment has begun for existing students. Please go to https://apply.sccsiowa.org/ and select “Login”. Use your Powerschool username and password to login and complete the reenrollment information update. A non-refundable $150 registration fee for all students (except 4yo Preschool students) is due at the time of registration (Registration will not be considered until this fee is paid). ESA funds cannot be used for registration. Go to https://parent.blackbaud.school/login.aspx and look under “purchase optional items” for 25-26 fees.
4yo Preschool students will pay only the $250 additional time fee.

CAREER FAIR
The School Counselors for the Scott County Catholic Schools, are asking for your help, as we begin preparing for our annual 8th grade career fair which will be Friday, March 7th, 2025, at St. Ambrose University Rogalski Center.
We would like to extend the opportunity for any area businesses, employers, colleges, health care professionals, law enforcement agencies and other various career-related organizations to join us in educating our eighth-grade students about the numerous employment opportunities that are available to them.

HOME AND SCHOOL SKATING PARTY
St. Paul’s Home and School is organizing a Skating party on Tuesday Feb. 18th from 6-8 pm. Admission is $5 which includes skate rental. Any parents or younger children who will not be skating do not have to pay admission. See attached flyer for location and more information.

MY FAVORITE TEACHER CONTEST
WQAD News 8 is proud to partner with Blackhawk Bank & Trust, CSI Homes, and Carpetland for this year’s
“My Favorite Teacher Contest”.
This contest is open to all students (K-12) & active teachers within the WQAD News 8 viewing area. Each entrant must submit an essay explaining who his/her favorite teacher is/was and why that particular educator is so outstanding.
All the entries will be judged by a panel of educators and representatives from our sponsors and five “My Favorite Teachers” will be chosen.
The five winning teachers will be featured on WQAD News 8 during April 2025.

Mailed entries must be postmarked by the end of the Contest Period (2/7/24) and received by mail no later than 5 p.m. CT on February 11, 2025.

If a student under the age of 13 wishes to enter online, the student’s parent or legal guardian must submit the student’s entry on behalf of the student. If the parent or legal guardian submits the entry, the essay must nonetheless be entirely the work of the student.
